Dear 'aansjoseph,'

The name Jachin is found in the Old Testament at various places.

It was the name of a son of Simeon, the name of a pillar in Solomon's temple, the head of a family of Aaron, and the name of a priest in Jerusalem after the captivity.

The Hebrew word is YACHIN and its meaning is, "Founding."
Shalom malekim!!!

There are four Jachins in the Bible. The first one mentioned is a son of Simeon, a son of Jacob (Numbers 26:12). A second Jachin is mentioned among the descendants of Aaron (1 Chronicles 24:17). Number three is a priest in the time of Nehemiah (Nehemiah 11:10). The fourth Jachin is the right one of two pillars in front of Solomon's temple; the left one is named Boaz
